Alicia Guevara Warren, Senior Director

Alicia S. Guevara Warren joined ECIC in 2020 as the Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy and became the Senior Director of Equity & Leadership in 2023 to help lead and oversee the National Center for Family and Parent Leadership.  

Alicia believes strongly in the power of centering the voices of families and creating space for their involvement in decisions that impact them. The strongest and most effective systems are those that reflect those lived experiences and perspectives—those closest to the problem are closest to the solution. 

Alicia has worked closely with youth and family leaders throughout her career in policy and advocacy, helping to lift their voices into those spaces while also promoting their growth as leaders.
