Brooke Albert, Program Manager
Brooke Albert joined ECIC in 2021 and serves as the Program Manager for Capacity-Building Services and works alongside her colleagues at the National Center for Family and Parent Leadership as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer.
She was first exposed to the power of family and parent leadership as a member of her local Great Start Family Coalition, where she witnessed the courageous voices of family and parent leaders across the state uniting to advocate for and enact meaningful change at the local, state, and national level.
Brooke’s core values include bravery, connection, healing, and justice. She is committed to honoring and upholding human dignity, centering the voices of those most impacted by decisions, and working collaboratively to ensure that communities are places where every child and family can thrive. These values and beliefs are what fuel her passion to see family and parent leaders driving system work directly from their dedicated seats at every decision-making table.
